Nobody else has touched this that I've seen, so I throw in my voice here.
:-)

You should look at Pocket Money by Catamount <http://www.catamount.com/> It
costs $30 or so, but is a great checkbook program that is also quite useful
for tracking traveling expenses and even business mileage (via the frequent
mileage account). It has the benefit that it can export to QIF files, which,
I think, Quickbooks can read? It should fit the bill perfectly.

There were some other expense-specific programs, but I don't know of any
still available, and I always used Pocket Money anyway. :-)
