do you mean the MIME type for .pkg?
  application/x-newton-compatible-pkg

I think that type should work with all the Newton browsers...

btw, if your Newton has a slow connection, you could also zip (deflate) the
pkg, xfer it faster, and use the Unzip plugin to extract the .pkg
