it's not an unreasonable request. if you want web-based access to email,
there are a lot of free services available -- though I'm not sure which are
Newton-friendly these days. cookies shouldn't be a problem, but some sites
go overboard on frames, or JavaScript, or incredibly nested tables, or SSL
(secure socket layer aka encryption) etc. which make access impractical.
