Greetings again Newtoneers!
For those of you that waded through my last post "Anticipation" you'll know
I expect to receive a UMP 2100 very soon. As this is a private sale of a
used Newton, I would like to ask input from the knowledgeable readers of
this group.
As I have a two day period to examine the goods before committing to
purchase I am wondering if there are specific checks that I should be
running during my time?
Other than running various apps. are there certain procedures or tests I can
try to insure all is functioning as it should?
Are there any basic procedures that I should be performing in the switch
over from one owner to another? Resets?
Squggles? Jaggies? Soup? Can I check for these things or do they just occur.
Any input would be appreciated.
