I just got a newton 2100 and I have a newbie question about
connecting it to install pkg ect.
I have various systems avaiable to be my newton host for but what in
anyone's option is the most compatiable and most functional setup with
my hardware I currently have.
Take in account that this is my first stab at Newton and easy is what
I am intrested in as well as function.
What Hardware and connection software would you suggest?????
Below is a list of computer I have at my disposal.
Possiable connection canidates:
MAC
Mac G4 OSX
Imac G3 233 OS9
IMAC G3 350 OSX/9
PPC 5200 CD 7.5.1 through 9.1
WINDOWS
1mhz PC WINDOWS 2000 pro (willing to put any WIN os on it)
1.2mhz PC Windows XP Pro laptop no serial
486 windows 3.1
