If I get it right the foil costs 87 euros and the complete kit 139

Now for one of the reasons for the not technically inclined why you
should set up a NUG (apart from the fun and the beer)...
Head over to <rswww.com/index.html> and do a search for 'luminiscent'.
I figure that the 130x120mm are wide enough for a Newt and at 30 euros
it seems a pretty good deal...
