After a little chat with Paul, it seems that the code commenting is not
our top priority right now.
- coding, yes
- GUI meddling (with mi(c)i's approval) yes
- testing, yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes
- ideas yes

If you don't feel at ease with the bugreporter engine, you can send it
to Paul and I for the code / bugs and to Michael for the
GUI/web/graphics.
