Oops! Sorry, I forgot about the PC thing, so scratch AppleTalk from the
PC...the only way I've gotten a PC and the Newt to talk is via a serial
connection with NCU, but not Ethernet. I don't think the Newt and PC can
talk on the same network because they don't speak the same language. Unless
maybe you've got an NT server somewhere which has AppleTalk support (which
is possible), then maybe it would work. I don't know if a stand-alone PC can
have the AppleTalk protocol installed on its own - I'm pretty sure you need
to be on a LAN where AppleTalk support is on the domain server.
