A while ago I wrote a utility to extract a Newton package from a
Sloup text dump. A couple of people have asked me to make it available, so I
have. You can now get sup at http://www.narcosislabs.org/newton/. I've also
fixed a missing link in the Oblique Strategies section that wouldn't let you
download the entire Oblique Strategies archive(!).
