No.

You can use NCU to type on your PC/Mac keyboard and have the typing go
into your Newton (well, Mac anyway, I haven't ever used PC NCU, but I
assume it's similar)

I vaguely recall someone figured it out and created a hack so they could
be used with Palm docks. Can't recall where though - perhaps the FAQ
(see URL below) might have a pointer - use the search engine.
