Thanks to all who responded to my request for information on star finder and planet finders, specifically the intriguing SkyGuide by Jimmy
Hong Ning. Jimmy Hong Ning's Newton Page I went to his website (it's a must-see, very nicely done) and downloaded the package.
But I am having difficulty getting the Newton to even see the package. I wrote Jimmy about this and he said, "The problem is that the
package does not
have the proper creator and type attributes as these do not exist in the
Windows world. There is a piece of software that will set the proper
attributes so that NCU will recognize the package." Anyone know what software he means?
