This works only if you do not use a proxy server for browsing.
Set your proxy URL to "http://127.0.0.1/", and create a semicolon delimited
list of proxy only domains you want to filter. Now, any time Newt's Cape
tries to connect to one of your filtered domains, it will point itself
(127.0.0.1 is the loopback address on any TCP/IP host), and no banner will
load. There might be a small problem if you are also running NPDS; I have
not tried it.
