| My question is which is better Basilisk or Fusion?

Fuzion runs under Windows. Basilisk II could run on anything with a C++
compiler, including Windows, Be, NeXT, and many varieties of Unix.

Fuzion is a commercial product. Basilisk II is open source.

I use Basilisk II... okay, I just started using it :).
