here's a bit of hints...
* get XCopilot and "use the source luke!" it is nicely coded, you will
learn alot from it!
* for the core virtual machine, i would recommend you to look at the
virtual machine in UAE (http://www.freiburg.linux.de/~uae/) it is a very
nice 68k implementation, and very acurate.. but for the dragonball specific
stuff check XCopilot
