NTLK eMate Power Problems

Hello everyone!

I have been having a problem with my eMate that seems to have just crept up.

After I recharge the battery it seems to be drained very quickly, even if I
am not using it. It drains so much it will not start and will reset once I
plug it in. Nothing is erased but the battery is completely drained.

To give you an example. I completely drained, then recharged the battery on
Sunday. Today when I went to use it, the battery was drained and would not
turn on without AC. The funny thing is I have not used it the whole week.

The only thing that has changed since is I have installed the memory
upgrade. It seems to have worked fine since I installed the memory upgrade.
Would this be a sign of a bad chip? Does anyone else who installed the
upgrade notice a bigger power draw? Or does this mean that my battery might
be going bad?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Chris Myers
