In future please give a little bit attention to your subject-line. A
digest number of NTLK is a candidate for skipping. Mostly by those, who
could answer. See my, so everybody could decide to load/read, if he/she
is interested or feel able to help.

Not the Notepad itself is corrupted, its the soup (data container). And
AFAIK it's not the note soup, but the system-soup, which controls the
folders.

In the notes soup every note only contains information where (in which
folder) showing. Just don't know, wether a note marked for a not existing
folder is placed in "unfiled" (what i assume) or not shown.

If you backup corrupted infos you get back your problems with
reinstallation. So you could either try some utilities like SBM
(www.sbm.nu) or backup/reinstall WITHOUT system info (soup). In second
case you lose also infos like your handwriting and some prefs., but
these are mostly less work to rebuild.

Good luck from Germany
