Yes, Enroute does require one card per pop. Also, I found it a pain to use. Whenever I added or deleted a pop, when checking mail it would say something silly like 'checking 9 of 3 accounts'.

I think SimpleMail does only use the one card for multiple accounts. In the card you just set a new SimpleMail setting for each pop. / dave
