You can do this with the built-in Intelligent Assist. Tap on the "Assist"
icon, and write in the details of the meeting something like this example
"Meet Jane Doe Tues at 11:30". Tap "Assist", and viola! You have a meeting
slip, with Jane Doe entered as the invitee, and the date and time entered.
Very simple, and built-in. You can substitute dates in the "m/d/yy" format
as well. Not only that, but it's available everywhere in the Newton. If
you would like a quick history, connected with a name, write the info for
you meeting in the Notes, and tap assist. It helps to hilite the text
before you tap assist.

These are just some ideas to help without buying something extra.
