FPM ram, 16 bit address bus, 3.3V, in a TSOP2-50/44 package. They are
slighly faster, but that shouldn't be a problem normally.

The flash ram is harder to get new. Things have changed a lot and even with
the datasheet in hand I'm having trouble finding electrical replacements.
