I would be glad to examine the CAD circuit files and check on my electronic
providers to see if they can get a hold of the necessary chips or
compatible ones.

If the circuit is a simple double sided job, I have several manufacturers
that offer very cheap manufacturing options, so the price may come to the
cost of procuring the memory chips.
