In W. Pa, you can buy chili fries with cheese (no beans). Yum! Try the
Brighton Hot Dog Shoppe for the best, IMO.

I always imagined Poutine something like that only even better... ;-) I
tried to make poutine once, but not having the proper curds kind of spoiled
it. We now buy raw milk, and can make our own cheese curds, I might try
again. Are they raw curds, or seasoned or something special?
