[NTLK] How do you export a Notes outline to Newt Works?

It's a little difficult to work with. Takes practice and patience.

First: Always remember the Undo.

Next: Outlines can be copied and paste(d) but the Newton wants (in a bad way) to always Cut and Paste.

Easy: To Cut an Outline or Checklist, grab the top item by the dot and drag it to the side of the screen.

Easy: Pasting it back, just grab it from the edge of the screen and drop it in.

Harder: To leave a copy in the clipboard, tap-tap-hold-drag then drop.

OK… That's how you do it. There is no other way around the inconvenience of the always Cut, double-tap-drag to Paste it back, then going to Works and, again, double-tap-drag to Paste it in, always leaving a copy on the clipboard, messing up all the time and hitting Undo a lot, method.

Always remember the Undo.

Practice and patience.

Note: Pasting an outline into Works will remove the special outline formatting. It will be formatted nicely with tabs and • However, trying to copy from Works back to the Notepad will not give the same results. So, always try keep your original in-tact. Ugh.
