Tony,
It's USD 4.99 on the app store and its called writepad notes. The free demo they put out is just called writepad. I actually heard about the demo from th list and downloaded it just days before phatware put out notes and two other apps, writepad events and writepad affairs. I was ready to jump all over writepad notes till I read its limited feature list. I'm waiting for at least folders but hopefully webdav support too..

I think Phatware's notes app is just an early freeware release while they fully
adapt their Phatnotes to iPhone OS.
