[NTLK] Better term program...

I have ANSI fonts, but the trick is getting them into a pkg format  
that a Newton terminal program can understand.

I don't see any source code for the PT-100 package on UNNA - without  
source, there's no way to create a compatible font or modify the  
escape handling routines.
