I believe you'll have to have to have NHttpLib
<http://40hz.org/wiki/index.php/NHttpLib> installed for this to work
correctly:

In InOut, check the checkbox next to the package you want to install,
then click the tag icon in the button bar (between 'Receive' and the
folder icon), then select 'Put Away'. That should initiate installing
the package.

If that doesn't work. Try installing IC/VC
<http://40hz.org/wiki/index.php/IC/VC> and trying again.
