[NTLK] Blue iMac

Hi Folks
Just looking at a blue iMac but haven't used a Mac since the Classic days (circa
1989?). I've been Googling for a switchers guide for Windows Users to Mac OS 9
but can't find anything. Plenty for OS X. Does any one know of any resources
out there?

How does one create restore disks for it as it came from a school with no CDs
for the OS and if the hard drive died....
