Not a problem. I'm cc'ing the list in case anyone else looks for this in
the future.

For the new type, I did this in IIS6 (after right-clicking on the web
server icon, getting properties, and clicking [MIME Types] button):

Extension : .pkg
MIME type : application/x-newton-compatible-pkg

And you're done. Actually, if you use Apache, Cassini, or anything else on
http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Internet/Servers/WWW/ you still
have to do this since none of them "know" what a Newton package is.
