I know Simon Bell has plans to implement syncing in NCX
<http://homepage.mac.com/simonbell/connection/index.html>, but he
hasn't gotten that far yet.

I currently manually export new/updated iCal & Address Book entries as
.ics & .vcard files and import them into my 2100 using Eckhart
Köppen's IC/VC <http://40hz.org/wiki/index.php/IC/VC>. And vice versa,
of course. I transfer them via BlueTooth, but one could use a TCP/IP
connection as well.

It's not the quickest or easiest method, but it works well for me as I
only edit a couple entries per day (at most).
