It's not impossible. The biggest challenge is to attach it to NIE,
possibly by subclassing the NIE CommTool. Unfortunately, that is not
part of the ROM, so we don't have any of the nice debug symbols
available for reverse engineering. But the CommTool API is
documented, see e.g. the sources for Blunt 2.
