For those that are paying attention, Pauls recent efforts with
Newton have all been related to Einstein and Relativity which are two
major initiatives that hope to free the "Newton" from it's dead end
hardware platform and allow it to grow into a live platform again on
Linux handheld devices.

These initiatives make any further development on the ATA driver
rather silly as they promise many better methods for providing mass
storage to the Newton OS.

It would have been great if Paul could have followed through with
some of his plans to enhance the ATA driver (speed for one), but even
as it stands it's an amazing achievement.

Thanks Paul!
Marty
