[NTLK] MP3 -> PKG

Dear all,

I somehow managed to lose that MP3 to PKG converter
for Windows. Traces on the web are sparse, yet the relevant
file seems to have been named NewtMP3Conv.exe. Worked
like a charm for me. Does anybody have it at the ready? Or
can it still be downloaded somewhere? The original site
of developer Vincent Lee (?) seems to be gone.
