I have been using SimpleMail for over a year now and I have not had a memory
problem. I, of course, only do pop3 (For the newbies, SimpleMail only does
pop3). I looked at Mail V but I could not see where I would gain anything by
switching. And then all of this comments about Mail V gobbling up memory,
I'll stick to SimpleMail. I also tried Eudora, but SimpleMail is to me the
best small Email client on any platform. Thanks Simon.

Hmm Simple mail will also do pop and was the version before Mail V but I
think it has the same issue of fragmentation. One thing I don't believe
was mentioned.....just erase and restore should fix the problem. You
won't loose any data that way just get your space back.
