NO, it's not, even though it looks all PCMCIA-like. I remember when I used
to use a laptop like this back in the day, it had this PCMCIA-like expansion
port for RAM underneath the CD-ROM or HDD. It is not PCMCIA standard pinout
nor does it contain flash memory.
