[NTLK] Tim Lewis, are you still out there?

   Hello,

   This message is for Tim Lewis, who created a newton book of Decline and
Fall of the Roman Empire back in 1998. The about page for this book only
lists his name, no email addy. Anyway, all I want to do is offer thanks to
the gentleman. Hopefully, one day he'll dig through the list or perform a
google search and find my thank you.

   Tim, in 2006 - eight years after you released your newton book -
this person has been reading and enjoying your work! --M
