Boy, talk about a trip down memory lane! Oddly, the first item on the
page--Unistrokes, is very current history. Palm has just recently
agreed to pay a ton of money to Xerox for "infringing" on their patent
of Unistrokes in Graffiti! Weird....

Some other of that stuff is software by Power Pen. If you want to
learn more about them, while Googling for a current archive for their
software, I found an old post by yours-truly that I wrote back in 2002
here on NTLK archived, so you can read this to learn more about them:
<http://www.newtontalk.net/archive/newtontalk.2002-09/2403.html>

Unfortunately, the ftp server has disappeared. :-( Weirdly enough, I
actually still remember writing that post! (music for The Twilight
Zone ramps up here....) ;-)

I mean, this was a really weird trip down memory lane!

Oh, and now the bad news. All the links to the software seem to be
broken--and I'm not surprised. The web archive tends to hold the
original pages, but not the files they refer to. :-(

Oh, and one more thing. When Power Pen "went out of business" I made
an archive of all their software on my computer--several computers,
and even more hard drives ago--back in the days before I had a CD
burner. You can probably guess where I'm going.... One hard drive
crash, and it's all gone now. The good news is that it's probably
mostly, if not completely on the UNNA archive. My Newton still has one
or two builds of the backdrop software on it--however Avi's is much
better. ;-)
