I don't think so

Writestuff and WorksBetter add considerable functionality and fonts
to Newtworks but still fall short of your requirements.
Availworks is a pretty good page layout application (and more ), but
was discontinued when OS 2.1 and NewtWorks came out so sadly no grey
font.
Adobe specific fonts seem unlikely
Signature should be OK
Fast printing........ not on my stylewriter or deskwriter but maybe
on a compatible laser printer.

Yet my eMate is my only laptop and delivers acceptable printouts for
my needs though I often email documents to myself for final editing.
It also serves well as a prompter for lectures and presentations.
