You can probably install iCal off the install CDs that came with your
mac or whatever the last distro of Mac OS X you have (obviously not
Tiger, though), provided the older version comes on one of those CDs.
You'll need to use Pacifist to extract just that package since Apple
doesn't let you install what you want.
