Hi Grant!
Remember those U.S. Army issue Camo cases that popped up a few months
back? Well, here's my next photo for the the Newton's Around the World
Gallery. This is the first in a series titled: "How To Pack Your
Newton."

     NAME: Ron Parker
CAPTION: The fully loaded, U.S. Army Issue, Lake Tahoe Hiking Newton
LOCATION: South Lake Tahoe, California

It's almost finished, but with all this renewed talk about GPS Map 2.1,
I thought it would be good timing to submit a photo now. I still need a
custom PS/2(RS-232) to Din-8(RS-422) adapter to get the GPS working.
Also, I'm eventually going to upgrade the Newton to a 130, the GMRS
radio to a 10 mile version with NOAA capabilities and add an electronic
(LCD) compass.

Let me know if the image is not the right size, I can re-size it to fit
in the Gallery as needed.

Thanks,

Ron

From the "Who says, 'Size Doesn't Matter'" file:
Ever notice, when someone comments on your Newton PDA,
the first thing they say is, "Wow, that's a big one."
