To all,

I just wanted to let people know about this situation and if others
feel compelled to they can file a complaint and I will be willing to
provide the email correspondence and the buyer also has given me the
needed evidence to substantiate a possible fraud and illegal activity.
I just hope KnowledgeNavigator Stops this practice knowing there is
enough info available to prove this in a court room if needed. The
more valid complaints to eBay will bring up a red flag on wrong
doings. The other issue of surcharges and such as postage is another
topic. If they are listed then it's just buyer beware as previously
mentioned.

Personally I did not mention (nor suggest or eluded) this action and I
only wanted to clarify that no matter where we are working - illegal
activity is not allowed by laws of most countries and/or organizations
that I know of even if you do it on your own time as long as it is on
their equipment. That said I think this is a dead thread unless
someone has something new to say about it...

I exit stage left and relinquish the podium to the next list member on line.
