You can try two things.
1) Backup all your data using NCU and try doing a hard reset (erase
everything). Then see if it still behaves the same. If this helps,
then selectively reinstall your data.
2) If this is a hardware issue. Completely disassembling and shaving a
tiny about of the entire perimeter of the screen bezel (the place where
the plastic comes down to meet the screen) has been known to fix this.
