I believe it should 'just work'
Presumably these are original OS X cd's ?
You could try something like carbon copy cloner to clone your eMac and
then dump that image onto your iBook.
Alternatively get a firewire cable and connect your eMac and iBook and
use firewire disk mode - the iBook appears as a drive on the eMac.
Then install onto that drive from the eMac.
