Skip Nethopper. Go for Courier, its faster and smaller and works for
more sites.
Simple mail is a good choice.

I'm not sure about these, but in general you want 5volt read and write
Linear Flash. An ebay search for linear flash should get some results.
  Make sure the description states compatibility with the eMate.
