Well, it's been quite a few years, I used to have a 130 but I moved
over to the dark side (Palm IIIe) when she finally died. Anyhoo, the
coincidence of the palm crashing to the floor, me getting paid for some
consulting work, and the fact that the %$^(*& palm was more difficult
to sync than my old 130 led me to eBay, and finally, an MP2K. Yes!
Back in the fold.
Now, I'm still waiting on its arrival, which will be at the vagaries of
the French postal service, but I have a question
It's coming without stylus. And I'm a 'woodworking' kind of guy. And
cheap. And 15-20 bucks for a stylus doesn't appeal. And I happen to
have quite a lot of really, really, nice plum wood lying around. So, I
figured I'd make myself a nice wooden stylus or two and cannibalise a
few of the old palm stylii I have lying about for tips. I don't,
however, have the dimensions. If anyone could send me the dimensions
(relatively accurately) of a 2K stylus, or, even better, a decent scan
of one at a known resolution, that would be great. On top of that, if
anyone's interested, I could probably make quite a few for a reasonable
price.
