All Text Stationery packages should do the same thing - display plain
text. SimpleMail's version does a little more because it's tied into
the Text Decoder mechanism to render enriched text and HTML. You should
be able to delete either version. I think. Or does SimpleMail rely on
its own stationery? Can't remember. It was all done such a long time
ago.

Who knows where the 4KB version came from - Apple released a simple
Text Stationery package, it might be that.

The ICS Text Editor gives you faster scrolling through long text. Sorry
about the broken link. It must be somewhere out there...
