If you count the Bell+Howell Apple II Pluses, and the Apple IIc's then you can also add Black/dark grey and white to the list of case colors used in the past. And of course the PowerBooks are dark greys.
The last Apple IIe enhanced with the built-in numeric keypad was platinum as was the Apple IIgs. I don't know which Macs were platinum, though.
