You don't need NewTen if you just want to install packages over BT.
Just send the package files from the Mac using Bluetooth File Exchange
and put them away from the Newton Inbox with IC/VC.

Theoretically, adding Bluetooth as a Dock module should be possible
though. I'm not sure how that would work with the NCU, but Escale might
be an option as well.
