Sounds like you're specifying something in your Internet Setup which is
"not there", e.g. you're missing the Modem & Serial support module,
some other low level NIE module is missing, the location of the serial
device is wrong etc. -26005 says more or less that creating the
communications endpoint failed very early when trying to talk to the
device.
