Water cooling is used for high-power CPUs (Intel CPUs). AMD CPUs don't
need high-speed fans or huge heatsinks just like PowerPC processors
don't.
Water cooling is used to make silent boxes, but if you have other
components which have fans on them, what is the point of water cooling?
It is only for the CPU.
