Not sure what i did differently, but i unloaded everything, by my tenth
hard reset, and downloaded nie again. i didn't load lantern or more
wifi, but i did load nie patch and viola.

i am backing up the set up, immediately

i will post it on my server, for anyone else who is having trouble.
