Well, it looks like Eric Damien Berna nuked the page and his entire
directory on the thiel.com site. I rescued a copy of the Newton Battery
FAQ using the Internet Archive, tidied up the HTML a bit, and posted it
over on the Newted Community site:

It may or may not be updated further. Suggestions are welcome.
